Welcome to bacteriostatic-water-uk.com we have been supplying Hospira Brand Bacteriostatic Water for over 5 years and pride ourselves in only ever selling the highest quality products and providing you with excellent customer service at a competitive price.
All orders are sent discreetly in plain packaging with no indication of the contents or who you have ordered from.
Please note we are unable to cover the cost of packages sent outside of the UK if lost, damaged etc in the post, unless you have chosen the tracked and insured shipping option. Special delivery cut off point for next day delivery is 2.00pm, this option applies to week days only.
We are happy to resend "lost" UK orders if they do not arrive but only if the customer has checked with neighbours and the local Royal Mail depot first. 90% of "missing" UK parcels are found in either location and a card is not always left.
All sales are conducted via external credit/debit card processors, we never have access to you financial details at any time, please do be careful who you supply your details to especially by phone or email.
All emails are treated as confidential and we never pass your details on or sell them to anyone else.

All products listed on this website are for research purposes only, we do not advocate or advise human use and any such use is entirely at your own risk.
We refuse to stock underground lab products even though they are much cheaper to buy and hence you (the customer) can then buy that product for less. These homemade products are rarely if ever sterile so please even if you don't buy from us please do buy medical grade products only. Non sterile products can harm both you and cause your product to deteriorate or even become useless.
A product purchased from bac-water.com may be returned for the following reasons:
- If the product arrives faulty or damaged.
- If the product is incorrect due to a mispick or misinformation (this must be reported within 4 days of receiving the product/s)
- The customer finds the product unsuitable or is dissatisfied with the product.
Items returned to bac-water.com for the reasons outlined above should be done so within 30 days of receipt, and should also meet the following criteria:
- Goods must be returned as sold i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Any free gifts or other additional bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.
- You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and label the parcel/s with it to allow the return to be dealt with as efficiently as possible.
Failure to meet the above criteria may result in the return being rejected.

Cancelling an Order
Cancellation of orders prior to fulfilment must be received by bac-water.com in writing from the buyer.
Customers must contact bac-water.com within 7 days of delivery to obtain authorisation to return any Goods. Goods returned by the Customer without prior authorisation will not be credited. Customers must return all products unused and as originally delivered.
